The main customers of Uralkali’s products in the Russian market are complex fertiliser producers and agricultural producers. The terms of sales to all kinds of consumers are regulated by Uralkali’s Marketing Policy which has been approved by the Russian Antimonopoly Service:

• In 2010 Uralkali set favourable prices for agricultural producers which were maintained in 2011. In 2012 the prices were increased in accordance with the official inflation rate in Russia.
• Russian complex fertiliser producers are to buy muriate of potash from Uralkali at the minimum export price. To stimulate the growth of fertiliser supply to the domestic market Uralkali provides Russian complex fertiliser producers with additional discounts for the potash volumes intended for the production of complex fertilisers for the domestic market
• Industrial consumers buy MOP at the minimum export price excluding transportation costs

Uralkali supplies domestic consumers with the following products:

• white MOP
• pink MOP
• granular MOP
• carnallite
