We run different training programmes helping our employees to build industry knowledge, as well as enhance managerial and professional skills. For example, Uralkali funds higher education courses for about 200 of its employees. Over 40% of participants in the Regular Personnel Reserve Programme, which ended in December 2011, have already been promoted.
