  • Alexei Ryumkin Chief Power Engineer

Uralkali is a significant part of my life. Family and friends are, of course, main priorities, but my friends and my family (brother, wife, mother) also work for Uralkali, so I cannot clearly separate my work from my personal life.

  • Sergei Simonov Deputy Chief Engineer of the mine Solikamsk-3 for production

Uralkali is my home from home. That is because it lives its own life, and I play my part in it.

Alexei Ryumkin

Chief Power Engineer
Graduated from Ural State Technical University in Industrial heat power engineering.
Joined the company in 1997.

The most interesting thing in work

I am interested in everything related to power engineering: making technical decisions, analyzing projects, negotiating with contractors, consulting with colleagues, organizing repairs and maintenance of equipment, purchasing energy resources and much more. In most cases, we are able to achieve real, measurable results. That diversity and possibility to see the results of your work appeal the most.

Working in the company,

I always learn something new. This happens because power engineering today is one of the most advanced industries, which is developing in a non-stop mode. Another factor is that our company has been introducing new technologies for provision of the production process with energy resources

Uralkali is

a significant part of my life. Family and friends are, of course, main priorities, but my friends and my family (brother, wife, mother) also work for Uralkali, so I cannot clearly separate my work from my personal life.

Ekaterina Korochkina

Leading Expert of the Chief Geologist Department
Graduated from Perm State University with a Masters Degree in Geology in 2005.
Joined the Company in 2005.
Received Best Employee award in 2011.

The most interesting aspect of my work is...

...acquiring new knowledge. Back at university, I became interested in geographic information systems, which determined my choice of profession. I especially like to follow the developments in information technology, which I rely on for work. It is important for me to make sure that I can further my skills and knowledge in line with the latest scientific achievements. I also value the opportunity to learn from my colleagues and peers, including the employees of our department and other Uralkali subsidiaries, as well as design and research institutes, and share my knowledge and new ideas at industry conferences.

Besides work...

...I have the opportunity to volunteer. I am glad that my Company-supported garbage collection project at Lake Redikor grew into the Green Contour corporate environmental movement. It strengthens my self-belief and confidence that I can change things for the better.

Uralkali for me is...

... something of a destiny. It led my parents to the potash company as young professionals. Later, the Company supported me in my studies and scientific and operational training, which included field work at the potash mine. For two years I combined my studies with working at OJSC Galurgiya, and my dissertation was devoted to the Verkhnekamsk deposit. You could say that my life is inextricably linked to Uralkali.

Sergei Simonov

I chose Uralkali

because Uralkali is the industry leader, to which everyone should look up. I got the job right after college, so my entire experience is linked to Uralkali.

Working in the company,

I realized that I need to improve my skills, correct mistakes, learn every detail about the activities in which I am engaged. I follow these principles and get good results. But I hope that my biggest success still awaits me.

Uralkali is

my home from home. That is because it lives its own life, and I play my part in it.

Irina Faizulina

Leading specialist of Approval Documentation Department
Graduated from Berezniki branch of Perm Polytechnic University in Chemical technology of inorganic substances.

Working in the Company,

I learned that nothing is impossible!

The most memorable event at work:

When I was invited to work in the Department of Environmental Protection, I had to have an interview with the Chief Engineer of the Mining Department, which I was supposed to oversee. I was very surprised to see him in a helmet and overalls.

Uralkali is

a dream. A dream to work with interesting people, true professionals.

In free time

I collect pocket calendars. There are over 7000 calendars in my collection. I also take part in charitable and volunteer projects supported by Uralkali: eco-landings Green Contour and the Children's Joy event.

I chose Uralkali

because my parents worked in Uralkali; I did not consider any other companies. My production training took place here too; my graduation work was dedicated to production

The best part of the work is

the possibility to see the real results of your work and the benefits it brings.

Working in the company,

I learn a lot of new and useful things. For me, work is life, and life is development. Uralkali is an experienced coach, which each day develops professional knowledge and skills of its employees for the achievement of common goals.

Main professional achievement is

my team, a real team of professionals. I think that my team is my most important and successful project! Luck is not accidental. It is a hard work, development, perseverance, patience in achieving your goals and, most importantly, love to what you do. Only making your best effort o achieve the result, you can succeed. I believe that everyone can approve oneself in any position.

Uralkali is

a lot of prospects and opportunities for self-realization.

In work

the most important for me is to achieve my goals, develop and improve my skills. I cannot recall more or less important projects because they all are an integral part of my work. Execution of each of them enables achievement of the company's goals, as well as my personal specific goals.

Uralkali is

colleagues, communication, learning, development and self-realization

In free time

The most interesting thing in work

is to see how we implement what is planned. I like to participate in various projects and see that my efforts and skills are valued.

Working in the company,

I realized that the overall result depends on the contribution of each employee. There are many related and seemingly unrelated divisions, a coordinated work with which determines the achievement of common goals.

Main professional achievement

is implementation of ORACLE system: I was supposed to organize the work of our department in such a way that people, who had never worked with this system, could adapt to the new order. And we did it!!

Uralkali is

a stable and sustainable company with great potential for development. In our company, I feel confident for not only myself and other employees, but also for the people who are dear to me.
