Mr. Konogorov was a member of the Board of directors for Uralkali in 1996 - 1998 and in 2000-2004.
Mr. Konogorov was born in 1964. In 1986, Mr. Konogorov graduated from Perm Politechnical Institute with a degree in mining engineering. In 1997, Mr. Konogorov graduated from Perm State Technical University with a degree in Finance & Credit. In 2003, he graduated from The Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in strategic management and business.
In 1994 -1997 he worked in Credit FD Bank. In 1997-1999 he served as the Head of Credit and Finance Department and as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Permstroybank. From November 2001 to January 2004 and from August 2004 to present he has served as Chairman of the Board of AKB URAL FD.
