Igor Papkov

Mr. Papkov was appointed as vice-president of Uralkali in 2008.
Mr. Papkov was born in 1960. Mr. Papkov graduated from mechanics & technology faculty of Perm Polytechnical Institute. In 1992 Mr. Papkov graduated from Perm Polytechnical Institute with a degree in management of production. In 1996, Mr. Papkov graduated from economic faculty of Perm State University.
In 1982-1984 Mr. Papkov worked in PO Sverdlov “Motorostroitel”. In 1984 -1992 Mr. Papkov worked in VLKSM Perm affiliate, from 1989 he served as the first secretary of VLKSM Perm affiliate.
In 1992-2000 Mr. Papkov held various leading positions in credit companies AKB Zaria Urala, AKB Permstroykombank, AKB URAL FD. In 2000 Mr. Papkov served as Deputy Director of economy of Uralkali.
In July, 2000 Mr. Papkov has joined the Administration of Berezniki as deputy Head of the Administration on economy. In December 2001 Mr. Papkov was elected as a Head of Berezniki.
In January 2006 Mr. Papkov was appointed as vice-governor of Perm territory. In June 2006 Mr. Papkov was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Government of Perm territory.
