Victor Belyakov
Deputy Director General, Director of Economy and Finance

Mr.Belyakov joined the company as the financial controller in 2004. Since 2005 Mr.Belyakov has been a member of the Board of Directors of JSC BBT. In the end of the 2005 he was appointed CFO of the Belarusian potash company. Since 2007 Mr.Belyakov is has been the Director of Economy and Finance of Uralkali.
Mr.Belyakov was born in 1973 and graduated from Tver Polytechnic Institute in 1995 with a degree in computer engineering. In 1997 he graduated from Tver State University with a degree in economics. Mr.Belyakov holds a CMA (Certified Management Accountant) degree and an MBA degree from Kingston Business School.
From 2002-2004, Mr.Belyakov was the international financial controller of Yukos, from 1999-2003 he served as CFO of ABB Moselectro, before 1999 he worked in the banking sphere.
