Board of Directors Decisions 

Uralkali Board of Directors held a meeting on July 4, 2008. The following decisions were made:

1. Dmitry Rybolovlev was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Uralkali.

2. Anatoly Lebedev was elected as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Uralkali.

3. The following persons were elected to the Management Board of Uralkali: Vladislav Baumgertner, Andrey Alexandrov, Victor Belyakov, Sergey Durnovtsev, Sergey Diakov, Irina Zaitseva, Alexander Kleiman, Eduard Koridorov, Vitaly Manakov, Elena Samsonova, Vladimir Shanin, Marina Shvetsova, Irina Yamilova.

4. Members of committees of the Board of Directors of Uralkali were elected as follows:

- Audit Committee - Hans Jochum Horn (Chairman of the Committee), Yuri Gavrilov, Ilya Yuzhanov.

- Committee on Information Disclosure - Anatoly Lebedev (Chairman of the Committee), Vladimir Ruga, Andrey Konogorov.

- Committee on Staff and Compensations - Andrey Konogorov (Chairman of the Committee), Dmitry Rybolovlev, Yuri Gavrilov, Ilya Yuzhanov.
