Governing bodies of a joint stock company are structurally separate divisions intended to form the company's plan and express it to the outside. Through its bodies a company obtains civil law rights and undertakes civil law duties. Each governing body has its own competence.

JSC Uralkali has the following structure of the governing bodies: General Meeting of Shareholders, Board of Directors, Management Board (collective executive body) and CEO (sole executive body).
