Uralkali Allocates One Billion Roubles to 53-km Yayva-Solikamsk Railroad Bypass
Uralkali’s Board of Directors decided, on March 12, 2010 to allocate an additional one billion roubles to compensate Russian Railways for the costs it incurred in the construction of a 53-kilometer Yayva-Solikamsk railroad bypass. Provisional Measures issued by the Geneva Court of Justice
Uralkali has learned about a court order on provisional measures issued by the Court of Justice of the Republic and Canton of Geneva in relation to the divorce proceedings between Dmitry Rybolovlev and Elena Rybolovleva. The Order is directed against Dmitry Rybolovlev but seeks to apply to assets of Uralkali with the exception of everyday management and ordinary commercial activities of the company.
