Uralkali supports Russian arm-wrestlers

On November 21-25, the II World Armwrestling Championship for Deaf and Disabled took place in Rumia, Poland. The International Armwrestling Federation for Disabled (IAFD) organised the event, which involved more than 120 participants from 16 countries. There were tournaments for left-handed and right-handed armwrestlers, as well as an all-round category. The Russian team included eight athletes from Solikamsk and the squad received financial assistance from Uralkali. The Russian team topped the medals table at the championships, in part due to the substantial contribution of the athletes from Solikamsk. The team won 10 gold medals, as well as 4 silver and 1 bronze.
