25.01.2017

Uralkali has provided financial support to schools and kindergartens in the Solikamsk municipal district to acquire video surveillance systems and autonomous warning systems. CCTV systems were installed in schools in the villages of Zaton, Polovodovo and Gorodische, as well as in kindergartens in the villages of Rodniki and Tokhtuevo. Autonomous warning systems were installed in schools in Gorodische, Polovodovo, Rodniki and Tokhtuevo.

Video surveillance and autonomous warning systems will improve security in schools and kindergartens in the Solikamsk municipal district.

Alexander Shalaev, Chairman of the Silvinit primary trade union, Uralkali, and a Deputy in the Legislative Assembly of Perm Territory, commented:

Uralkali carries out its business in accordance with the principles of social responsibility and strives to make a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the regions where it operates. The Company recognises the ambition and tangible efforts of the Solikamsk district administration, and it provides active support to the municipality in implementing these projects. The video surveillance systems and autonomous warning systems installed in kindergartens and schools in the district represent another milestone in the implementation of the Companys socially-oriented policy.

Since 2015, Uralkali has spent over RUB 19 million on the installation of security systems in educational institutions in Solikamsk and Berezniki.
