Dmitry Osipov

Non-Executive Director

Dmitry Osipov has been a member of PJSC Uralkalis Board of Directors since March 2014.

Dmitry Osipov was born in 1966. He graduated from Gorkiy State University, majoring in Radiophysics and Cybernetics. Since 2011, Dmitry Osipov has been a member of the Council and Financial Committee of the International Fertilizer Association (IFA).

Since the mid-1990s Mr. Osipov has held senior management positions in a number of large chemical companies including OJSC Khimprom and OJSC Sibur-Khimprom.

From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Osipov served as the CEO of the Kirovo-Chepetsk Chemical Plant. In 2007-2011, he served as the CEO of JSC Uralchem, one of the worlds largest producers of nitrogen fertilizers. From 2007 to 2013, he served as a member of Uralchems board of directors, including as a deputy chairman of the board between 2011 and 2013.

From 2013 to 2020, Mr.Osipov was the CEO and the Chairman of the Management Board of PJSC Uralkali.

Since 2014, he has been a member of the management board and member of the committee for production and market of mineral fertilizers of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

Also since 2014, he has been sitting on the management board of the Russian Association of Fertilizer Producers, a non-profit organisation.

Since 2016, Mr. Osipov has been a member of JSC Uralchems board of directors.

Smoking in mines is prohibited.
Work at heights without wearing a safety harness is prohibited.
Work in electrical installations under voltage is prohibited.
It is forbidden to perform work and stay in the bottomhole zone during the operation of the mining machine.
Loading and unloading operations when people are in the danger zone are prohibited.
Working in underground mines with unsecured and/or unassembled roofing is prohibited.
It is forbidden to carry out repairs and maintenance of conveyors without disconnecting from energy sources, use of conveyors for transfer of people and goods (materials and/or equipment), crossing (either above or under) operating conveyors by employees are not allowed.
It is forbidden to carry out welding and flame work in underground mines and mine buildings without the necessary safety measures preventing fire.
