Dmitry Konyaev

Non-Executive Director

Dmitry Konyaev has been a member of the Board of Directors of PJSC Uralkali since March 2021.

Mr.Konyaev was born in 1971. He is a graduate of the Moscow State University (Department of Economics) and also has an MBA degree from the California State University Hayward.

Since 1998, he has held a number of senior management positions in large production and trading companies including Sederrot International AB, Mineral Trading LLC and Uralkali Trading SA (Singapore). From 2007 till 2011, he was the Commercial Director of JSC JCC Uralchem. In 2011-2018, Mr.Konyaev was Uralchem's Chief Executive Officer and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Uralchem since 2007. From March 2014 to April 2019 he was a member of the Board of Directors of PJSC Uralkali. Since 2021, Dmitry Konyaev is Deputy CEO Ė Sales and Marketing Director of Uralchem JSC.

Smoking in mines is prohibited.
Work at heights without wearing a safety harness is prohibited.
Work in electrical installations under voltage is prohibited.
It is forbidden to perform work and stay in the bottomhole zone during the operation of the mining machine.
Loading and unloading operations when people are in the danger zone are prohibited.
Working in underground mines with unsecured and/or unassembled roofing is prohibited.
It is forbidden to carry out repairs and maintenance of conveyors without disconnecting from energy sources, use of conveyors for transfer of people and goods (materials and/or equipment), crossing (either above or under) operating conveyors by employees are not allowed.
It is forbidden to carry out welding and flame work in underground mines and mine buildings without the necessary safety measures preventing fire.
