Igor Bulantsev

Igor Bulantsev first joined Uralkalis Board of Directors in April 2019.

Graduated from Moscow State Technical University where he majored in Automated Navigation Systems. In 2000, Igor Bulantsev graduated from the Russian Government Financial Academy with a degree in Finance and Credit. He also has a Global Executive MBA from IESE Business School.

Igor Bulantsev has more than 20-years experience in finance. Since January 2019, Igor Bulantsev has served as Deputy CEO  Director for Economics and Finance of JSC UCC URALCHEM; he also serves on the Board of Directors of this company. From August 2016 until January 2019, he worked as Senior Vice President at Sberbank, head of Sberbank CIB. Prior to that, he worked as Vice President and Director of the Client Management Department for 6 months. Igor oversaw the CIB block (key corporate accounts and public sector, Private Banking , the investment business, and operations in financial markets) of PJSC Sberbank. He was also a sponsor of Blockchain laboratory and oversaw the implementation of innovative solutions in CIB. Igor Bulantsev chaired the Board of Directors of Sberbank Switzerland, he also served as chair of the credit committee and the committee on market risks, and was member of asset-liability management committee and risk committee of Sberbank Group. From 2003, he worked in Nordea Bank (Orgresbank until 2009) as First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, where he was responsible for strategic development and oversaw the work of several business divisions; from 2009 until 2016, he chaired the Management Board. In 1998-2003, Igor worked as Senior Vice President at Guta-Bank, where he oversaw trading operations and client asset management as well as the corporate finance business. Prior to that, he worked at the Rossiysky Credit Bank where he started as trader in the FX department and grew to the position of head of Forex transactions.

Smoking in mines is prohibited.
Work at heights without wearing a safety harness is prohibited.
Work in electrical installations under voltage is prohibited.
It is forbidden to perform work and stay in the bottomhole zone during the operation of the mining machine.
Loading and unloading operations when people are in the danger zone are prohibited.
Working in underground mines with unsecured and/or unassembled roofing is prohibited.
It is forbidden to carry out repairs and maintenance of conveyors without disconnecting from energy sources, use of conveyors for transfer of people and goods (materials and/or equipment), crossing (either above or under) operating conveyors by employees are not allowed.
It is forbidden to carry out welding and flame work in underground mines and mine buildings without the necessary safety measures preventing fire.
