Daniel Wolfe

Independent Director

Daniel Wolfe first joined Uralkaliís Board of Directors in June 2018.

Mr. Wolfe was born in 1965. In 1987, Daniel graduated from Dartmouth University (Hannover, New Hampshire, USA) with a BA in Russian Language and Literature and Political Science.

In 1991, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School (New York, USA).

From November 2010 until May 2014, DanielWolfe was a Deputy CEO and a member of the Management Board and the Board of Directors (including the Compensation and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee) at OJSC Kvadra (formerly, TGK-4).

In 2014-2017, Mr. Wolfe was a Deputy CEO at Onexim Group, as well as a director at Brooklyn Nets, Barclays Center, and Renaissance Capital (where he also chaired the Audit Committee).

From 2014 until April 2018, Daniel Wolfe sat on the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of UC Rusal.

Since 2014, he has been a director at New York Bakery (LLC Toropiya).

Smoking in mines is prohibited.
Work at heights without wearing a safety harness is prohibited.
Work in electrical installations under voltage is prohibited.
It is forbidden to perform work and stay in the bottomhole zone during the operation of the mining machine.
Loading and unloading operations when people are in the danger zone are prohibited.
Working in underground mines with unsecured and/or unassembled roofing is prohibited.
It is forbidden to carry out repairs and maintenance of conveyors without disconnecting from energy sources, use of conveyors for transfer of people and goods (materials and/or equipment), crossing (either above or under) operating conveyors by employees are not allowed.
It is forbidden to carry out welding and flame work in underground mines and mine buildings without the necessary safety measures preventing fire.
