Marina Shvetsova

Marina Shvetsova has beenLegal and Corporate AffairsDirector of the combined company since its creation in 2011.

Ms Shvetsova graduated from Perm State University in 1994 with a degree in Law, and in 2012from International Management Institute St Petersburg (IMISP) with an MBA degree.

From 1995 to 2001, she was a Senior Lawyer at JSC Perm Project and Construction Corporation. For the period 1999 — 2006, she lectured at Perm State University. Between 2001 and 2005, Ms Shvetsova worked at CJSC Sibur-Khimprom holding various positions, including Head of the Legal Department.

In 2005, Ms Shvetsova was appointed Head of the Legal Department and Member of the Management Board of Uralkali. In 2006, she was appointed as the Legal and Corporate Director of the Company. Currently she is a Member of the Board of Directors at several Uralkali affiliated companies.

Smoking in mines is prohibited.
Work at heights without wearing a safety harness is prohibited.
Work in electrical installations under voltage is prohibited.
It is forbidden to perform work and stay in the bottomhole zone during the operation of the mining machine.
Loading and unloading operations when people are in the danger zone are prohibited.
Working in underground mines with unsecured and/or unassembled roofing is prohibited.
It is forbidden to carry out repairs and maintenance of conveyors without disconnecting from energy sources, use of conveyors for transfer of people and goods (materials and/or equipment), crossing (either above or under) operating conveyors by employees are not allowed.
It is forbidden to carry out welding and flame work in underground mines and mine buildings without the necessary safety measures preventing fire.
