Remuneration payable to members of the Management Board of PJSC Uralkali in 2019

Remuneration payable to members of the Management Board consists of two parts: a monthly salary, the size of which is specified in individual employment contracts, and an annual bonus. The bonus amount depends on the achievement of individual KPIs set each year, which reflect the contribution of a member of the management team to the achievement of strategic and operating goals of the Company.

Members of the Management Board do not receive any additional remuneration.

Currently, the Company does not have a long-term management incentive programme, and senior executives of the Company are not paid additional bonuses.
