On 23 April 2013 the Group placed its USD650 million 5-year Eurobond offering with an annual coupon rate of 3.723%. The issuer of the offering was Uralkali Finance Limited. The instrument has an investment grade from Moody’s (Baa3) and Fitch (BBB-).
