Career and Development Week starts at Uralkali


Career and Development Week is a set of themed events comprising training sessions, meetings where specialists give practical advice, and online courses. Company employees will enjoy training sessions such as: Neurobics: Fitness for the Mind; Developing Creativity; The Art and Strength of Positive Thinking; and Business Ethics. The sessions will be organised by Uralkalis HR Department, and a coach has been invited to conduct networking workshops. The Career and Development Week will be rounded off by a quiz entitled Voroshilov Sharpshooter, in which participants will answer questions on Uralkalis history, production, corporate culture and social policy.

The Company has opened its own Corporate University and our employees study to improve their qualifications at the leading institutions in the country and the region, where they are taught on special corporate programmes.
