About the Operating Culture Competition

The commission, that includes representatives of Production Department, production units and EHS departments, checks production sites quarterly. Using the five-score system, the commission evaluates working places keeping, household and nearby territory, safety and fire safety rules compliance.

It is obligatory that various production units representatives are engaged in the commission in order to introduce in their own units positive initiatives noted elsewhere.

All the divisions involved in the contest are split into two groups, according to the headcount.
