XI tourist meeting of Uralkali

Traditional XI tourist meeting of Uralkali “In friends circle” took place on the basis of the wellness center Uralskie Samotsvety (Ural Gems).

For three days nine teams of Uralkali Group where trying to find the best one on a combined tourist route, in water tourism on the river Usolka, rollerski relay, orienteering show and tourism skill contest. Participants of the tourist meeting expressed their creativity when showing business cards in the “About us” contest and during “A song for friends” contest.

After summarizing the results of all contests the overall first place was taken by the team of Uralkali management Marietta. Second place was taken by Brigade from LLC Uralkali Remont. Third place went to the team of the mine group Berezniki-4 called 4D.

The winners and runners-up of the tourist meeting received money certificates and diplomas. All participants were presented with souvenirs.

Trainings and team spirit have helped us to win. The most difficult part for us was a combined tourist route obligatory for all participants. The tourist meeting was great! It brings positive and allows meeting like-minded people with whom you understand each other perfectly.

About the tourist meetings

Uralkali tourist meetings have long become a tradition. They are organized by the primary trade union organization of Uralkali. They are aimed at promoting active recreation among employees, tourism development, transfer of experience of tourism veterans to novice tourists. In addition, Uralkali tourist meetings identify top teams, the members of which are involved in city and regional tourist meetings as part of Uralkali select team Sol zemli (Salt of the Earth).

Interest in the tourist meeting among Uralkali Group employees has been growing from year to year. For our part we try every year to bring new competitive aspects and diversify the program of the event. For example, this time an interactive journey across the Perm region and rollerski relay enjoyed a great interest. I am glad that there are a lot of young people in the teams, which means that tourist traditions will continue.
